A newly released album featuring the late Nancy LaMott celebrates the beloved cabaret singer’s longtime collaboration with MAC and Bistro Award-winning composer David Friedman (Desperate Measures, King Island Christmas). Friedman, who penned many of LaMott’s signature songs and produced all of her 1990s recordings on the Midder Music label, is at the heart of this collection.
Titled Nancy LaMott Sings David Friedman, the recording is now available for streaming [insert link], with a CD release to follow. The album marks the second installment in The Nancy LaMott Collector’s Series, following the earlier release spotlighting the works of David Zippel.
